Orders

When placing an order you undertake that all information provide to us is accurate, complete, and current at the time of purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product descriptions, sizes, and any customisation options before confirming your order.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once we have received payment in full, we shall acknowledge your order by sending you a confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout. Our acceptance of your order takes place whne we dispatch the item(s) to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Errors in the product description or price
  • Payment issues or fraud concerns
  • Suspicious or high-risk transactions
  • Orders flagged by our payment provider for further verification

If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We try our best to ensure all the information on our site is accurate. All our product images and details (dimensions, weights, descriptions) are approximate and may vary slightly from one item to the next, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

While we strive to keep our stock updated, there may be rare occasions where items ordered are no longer available. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund or offer an alternative if available.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or update our product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

ENAS Accessories currently offers free surface mail shipping within Hong Kong for all orers. Surface mailing typically takes 2-10 working days for delivery. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by Hongkong Post or third-party couriers.

We will inform you once your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, unclaimed collection, or incorrect address, we can arrange for redelivery at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At ENAS Accessories, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewellery to our customers. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. As a small business, we operate under a strict policy: we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect items.

Please note that customised or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This includes items that have been engraved, special sizing or other customisation requests. We strongly recommend that customers double-check all details before placing a customised order, as these pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold or modified.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order at enas.cc.accessories@gmail.com along with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a short explanation of the issue

We will review your case promptly and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. We reserve the right to request that the item be returned before processing any compensation.

Ring Size Exchange

We understand that getting the perfect ring size can be a challenge. For this reason, we offer a one-time ring size exchange. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The ring must be unworn, in original condition, and not customised. Exchanges are subject to availability of sizes. Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing – only exchanges.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if they are unworn. These include earrings, customised or engraved jewellery, and any items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.

If a return or exchange is authorised, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage, and must include the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after discussion and confirmation with the customer regarding the refund amount and method.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with our policy, or in cases where abuse of our system is suspected.
