This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to customise your locket with photos and engraving.
What is included in the Locket Necklace Package?
Each locket includes a pendant of your selected shape, space for 2 custom photos, and engraving of texts up to 9 letters. This makes each piece unique and personal.
How to Choose the Right Photos?
You can include two photos inside your locket.
For best results, choose clear, high-quality images with the subject centered and some space around the edges. This allows us to crop and fit the images perfectly into the locket.
Please note that photo cutting is 100% handmade, so there may be slight variations from the preview. Thank you for your understanding.

Engraving Options
You can personalise your locket with a name, word, or date.
1. Text Engraving
We recommend using up to 9 characters for the clearest result. This works well for names, initials or dates. You can choose from three available font styles to personalise your engraving.
2. Symbol or Cartoon Engraving
If you would like to engrave a custom symbol or cartoon, please make sure your design is:
- In black and white only
- Simple and high-resolution
- Has thick outlines for clarity
Send us your design for approval before starting production. Additional charges of HKD60 is applied for this service.
FAQ
How long is the production time?
The production takes 5-10 working days.
Can I wear my locket necklace in the shower?
Unfortunately, we do not recommend wearing your locket necklace in the shower, as water can easily seep into the locket gaps, potentially causing damage to the photos and locket.
Can I choose which side to engrave?
Certainly! By default, the engraving is on the front of the locket, which is left-hand side of the locket (you may refer back to our photo guide). If you prefer it on the back, please let us know, and we’ll make sure it’s placed according to your preference!
Can I have engraving on both sides?
Absolutely! Since our package includes character engraving on one side only, additional charges will apply if you would like to to engrave on both sides.
