Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Damaged or Defective Products
We are truly sorry if there’s an issue with your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help.
If you discover any defect or damage with your jewellery after receiving it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for the affected item and pickup the faulty product.
To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us with the photos of the defected product and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps promptly.
