To be eligible for a free ring exchange, all of the following conditions must be fulfilled:

1. The exchange is solely for the purpose of changing ring size.
2. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. The ring must be in its original condition, unworn or undamaged .
4. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the desired size is out-of-stock, we can offer a refund.
5. Each ring is eligible for one free exchange only.
6. Personalised or engraved rings are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
7. We are unable to accommodate the exchange request if it is made after the 7-day period or due to personal perference.
8. If there is any dispute, ENAS ACCESSORIES reserves the right to make the final decision.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Once we verify the eligibility for the exchange, we will coordinate a convenient time and location for an in-person exchange meeting.
3. Bring the original ring to the meet-up.
